*Last year, while I was still pregnant with Kiwi, I did a little project at Coway TTDI office that I was really happy with. Here’s a throwback post to share with you my small contribution to my workplace, captured off my personal blog. Enjoy!
This post is especially for the lovely moms (and dads) who asked about the items in the Coway TTDI playroom. Hope this helps with your own home’s interior planning!
12 August 2016 – At the beginning of Ramadhan, my Coway team (part of the nationwide top performing CSTeam) branched out to a new location, TTDI. Since it was a brand new office, the team set to work to do it up as best we can (ho yeahh, barren land baybeh!).
We had an entire floor to ourselves, to make and do as the bosses see fit, and we were blessed with a little private room too which the managers decided to turn into a child’s playroom.
Wait. You guys sell water and air purifiers, nak playroom buat apa?
Well, you see, every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, we have morning briefings for about an hour or so. Our agents come from various backgrounds. Some are single moms, moms who have no helpers at home, husband and wife team, so they have no alternative but to bring their little ones along with them. Our managers are totally fine with that, we’re a very family friendly operation. Heck, our products are all about the well-being of your family! However, kids being kids, they have an overwhelming amount of energy. Getting them to sit quietly with nothing to do for over an hour during a briefing can be rather challenging.
Hence, the idea of the playroom emerged. Best of all, the task of decorating the playroom was given to me! Oh the joy!
I intended to get to work right away but as my condition was a bit limiting, I had to delay the process. The moment I felt a bit better, I put on my Party Fluff hat and got down to business.
This was what I had to work with. An empty square room but scores points as it already has good carpeting and lots of natural light.
I measured up the area and started running some ideas through my head (and threw them across to my pal in crime, Sheemi).
Budget was very minimal, so I hit the best place I could think of. IKEA!
For decoration, I went to my next favourite joint of home deco, Kaison!
Below are pictures of the Coway TTDI Children’s Playroom after completion.
In order to save on budget, everything was DIY. From furniture assembly, to wall papering, and toy setup. Thanks to all who lent a hand in carrying the heavy items for this pregger momma!
Hopefully this cheery room at Coway TTDI will keep the kiddos entertained long enough for their parents to get through the morning briefings! 😀

For those who are still wondering, yes, I am a Coway Agent. Although, we prefer to be called Coway Health Planners 🙂
It’s what I have been doing ever since I left the corporate world, apart from running my party styling business. To be honest, I never expected to fall in love with doing my Coway activities. It came as an unexpected surprise. I never knew that I could have the feeling of happiness and fulfillment whenever I assist someone with their Coway purchase. As cliché as it may sound, helping a customer with their current problems (like “homaigawd, tolong la rumah I penuh dengan kucing tak larat dah bulu sana sini” or “awak please, air rumah kita berbau k pastu warna kuning, nak minum pun tak lalu”) and assisting them in choosing the right Coway product to turn their lifestyle into a healthier one gives me so much joy and happiness.
